Vicki Walker, coordinator of Aboriginal Catholic Ministries in Melbourne, gave the second lecture with the title “Reconciliation – a unique moment in time” on 24 August 2005. Vicki spoke of practical engagement of faith and scripture with lived experience of Indigenous Australians, and the need to shape identity that draws on cultural heritage as well as spiritual formation.
