Sat 16 Sept 2017: Tour of northern Canberra sites

Join us for a tour of northern Canberra sites with Richie Allan of Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation.

When: Saturday 16 September, 9 – 11.30am

Cost: $50 per person, including lunch.

The schedule is:
# Start at Gungahlin to look at Ring tree that forms an eye to look at the Red Ochre pit site.
# Then travel to Crace to look at the Scar tree and Water Tank Scar tree that the Ngunnawal people used to store water etc.
# Next we will travel to Bonner but stopping along the way to talk and look at the canoe pathway before heading to Bonner to look at the canoe tree.
# After that we will head to Forde to walk along the Songline track that headed out to Lake George. Here we will have lunch and chat about the tour and answer any questions that you all might have to ask.
